- All specials are individual and cannot be combined with any other special.
- Once a special has been booked and confirmed that reservation may not be cancelled, changed, or refunded for any reason.
- All our properties are privately owned. Descriptions, bed sizes, amenities and names of cabins are subject to change without notice. In the event of a mechanical failure, we will make every effort to have all reported malfunctions corrected as promptly as possible. Neither the rental company nor the property owner will be obligated to give replacements or refunds in the event of failure or absence of any item, or for any public utility including television service. No refunds will be given due to early departure. This includes departures due to inclement weather. You are responsible for the entire booking once your reservation has been made. If you book a reservation under the terms of a promotion, you will not be eligible for any type of cancellations, refunds, or changes that you may have been eligible to receive if you had booked the reservation at the regular rate per night.
- Specials apply towards remaining cabins only. Select cabins may be excluded from promotions and specials.
- Cleaning fees, processing fees and all appropriate taxes apply to each special booked.
- When booking online, enter the appropriate code when checking availability to receive the special offer.
- ALL SPECIALS EXCLUDE OCTOBER, JULY, HOLIDAYS AND SPECIAL EVENTS UNLESS OTHERWISE DENOTED.
- **Specials DO NOT apply to previously booked or changed reservations. All previously booked reservations cannot be cancelled and then rescheduled to receive a promotion or special discount.
- The minimum fee to make a change on a 1 or 2 bedroom is $150.00 and on 3 bedrooms or larger the fee is $350.00.
- American Patriot Getaways and its management team may cancel, change or ammend specials at any time without notice.
